"First let me say this, I showed up for car insurance but received much, much more than what I asked for. How dare you show me; hospitality, superb customer service, excellent humor, and then you had the nerve to leave me with a bag of treats as if I’m going to tell my dentist. lol. But seriously, don’t let me forget the awesome discounts as well. Now, the hardest part of this appointment was to stop smiling and laughing because my face was hurting. So, here’s one caveat to remember, cancel your appointments after visiting the flower hill location because you’re not going to want to leave. If they had a 3 course meal, I was spending the night for sure, lol. So it goes without saying; Thank you Laura for greeting me over the phone and also welcoming me into the building, your phone personality matched your presence — personable & lovely!!!
