They have been very helpful in handling my car insurance, finding me the lowest rate, resolving problems that I would never be able to get to the bottom of on my own. I particularly wanted to name Denny. He’s made it a point to meet with me in person, establish a real connection, relate with my accident with his own personal experience. Just recent missed a payment on my insurance and didn’t notice. After a month it got canceled and I got a flag notice from DOT. When I called Denny, he not only handled it right on the spot, he wound up finding me a cheaper rate, then personally removed the flag from DOT, so I didn’t have to do anything, just one phone call, 15 minute later, everything was handled and I even had a cheaper rate. Very happy customer here."
